Park Hyatt Zurich's main restaurant parkhuus offers a bold and vibrant setting, in which to experience Zurich’s finest dining. Just as the quality of the ingredients will surprise the taste, visually the restaurant has an equally strong impact. Its heart is the show kitchen, where guests can see the chefs in action and the food being prepared.

Signature dishes include wood-roasted veal chop or the magnificent selection of different steak cuts from Canada, prepared in the wood burning oven or on the charcoal grill. The side dishes can be chosen separately and are served in small cupper pans, sharing style in the center of the table.

Equally visible like the show kitchen is the two-story wine cellar which houses 3,000 bottles of champagne and wines from all over the world. A spiral staircase leads you to the exclusive wines in the second floor. Private dining for 8 people and special wine tastings are available underneath the extravagant Ingo Maurer chandelier ‘Porca Miseria!’.

A second private dining room offers seating for up to 16 people and provides an intimate and inviting surrounding for private functions.

Seating for 128 is available inside with an additional 50 places on the terrace.
